Marathon Boat Ramps
MM 49: A Public Boat Ramp is located in Marathon at 33rd Street Gulf just off RT 1.
The Landmark Keys Breakfast Spot: The Stuffed Pig is at the corner of US 1 and 33rd St. As one of the most popular and well-known boat ramps in Marathon, please make time for congested traffic and consideration to tide should be taken for drafting crafts.
MM 54: This ramp is newly renovated, but take notice of the dangerous bar to your left as you idle into deeper waters.
MM 51: Heading Route 1 South, take a right on Aviation Boulevard at Landmark Coconut Cay Resort and travel 1/4 mile. This is the least congested of the Marathon Ramps.
Key Colony Beach Boat Ramps
The Key Colony Beach Pay Ramp: Located on the Sadowski Causeway, Key Colony Beach Oceanside immediately before Charter Boat Row. A bit narrow but can handle most craft without issue. Please be cautious of low tide as it should be monitored closely.

Trailer Storage

- Ramp hours are 8:00 am – 4:30 pm Daily (You may arrive anytime between 8:00am-4:30 pm to launch regardless of your villa check-in time)
- Ramp fee $10.00 in or out, or $20.00 round trip
- Trailer storage $20.00 per night (No trailer storage reservations needed)
- These fees are not included in the cost of the villa

- Trailer parking is $20 per day.

- He can pay the bartender inside the lodge.
- They are closed Mondays and open at 3 pm on all other days. Leave info in the mailbox if they are closed.
