If a matter beyond our control makes the property unavailable, Sandy Palms will make reasonable efforts to find alternative accommodations. If no suitable alternative is available, the guest will receive a full refund.

Refunds are not provided for temporary defects, outages, interruptions, or conditions beyond our control. This includes plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, water, gas, internet, cable, construction noise, seagrass, insects, pool or hot tub issues, weather conditions, hurricanes, and other natural events.
