High Season Reservations: Saturday-to-Saturday stays are required during January through April, as well as June through August.

Starter Supplies: Sandy Palms Vacations provides a complimentary starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, shampoo, and hand soap. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.

Refunds are not provided for temporary defects, outages, interruptions, or conditions beyond our control. This includes plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, water, gas, internet, cable, construction noise, seagrass, insects, pool or hot tub issues, weather conditions, hurricanes, and other natural events.

  • Government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges.
