Outdoor Living: Enjoy the heated pool and spa (free of charge), a boat dock, and an outdoor BBQ—all perfect for soaking up the Florida sun and stunning waterfront views. Keep an eye out for friendly manatees that often visit the canal!
Boater’s Dream: The 75-foot dock offers ample space for two boats or a large vessel, with a deep canal suitable for boating at both high and low tides. For fishing enthusiasts, the dock includes a cleaning table, bait freezer, and a commercial-size ice machine for ultimate convenience.
Extra Activities: Guests can explore the beautiful surroundings with two kayaks and three bikes, perfect for a day of adventure on the water or around town.

Booking Information:
During high season (January through April, June, and July), the property requires Saturday-to-Saturday bookings.
Sandy Palms Vacations offers a complimentary starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. Guests will need to provide ongoing supplies for their stay.
